With TECQ requirements at water treatment sites, the City of Beaumont contracted us to provide storm sewer design that would eliminate most of the rain water from this site. In the initial process of this project, we completed the surveying and initial site visits. We then completed a hydrologic analysis, plans, specifications, and estimate. This job was uniquely challenging in that the discharge locations were fixed. Some of the drainage areas had to be rerouted due to the minimal difference in the topography.
