This project consisted of completing PS & E of renovating the existing health building. The design included moving the small pharmacy from the East side of the building to a newly designed pharmacy in West side of this building. This design also included upgrading all existing non-compliance component to meet ADA guidelines. These components included changing all lighting fixture,  door handles, as well as upgrading a wheelchair ramp that was non-compliant. All electrical and mechanical components were re-analyzed and adjustments were made. Certain rooms were adjusted and in some cases moved. The tile and carpet is going to be replaced with new. As a whole, this building will be renovated with a very comforting aesthetic view.
